General Construction
Each NorthVault 204 tank is built using German-made blow-moulded panels and endplates supplied by Rikutec. At our Canadian facility, we extrude-weld three panels together to form the tank’s cylindrical body, creating a strong, linear weld.
We then rotationally weld the body and endplates to achieve the exact length required, from the 5,000 litre tank up to the 52,500 litre tank using our purpose-built welding system manufactured in Germany.
This hybrid process delivers consistent wall strength, precise sizing, and reliable long-term performance for every tank we produce.
